Completed in 2009, Bicknell Avenue incorporated many watershed innovations &#8211; permeable concrete was used for the parking lanes on the street. <span id="more-595"></span>This special mix allows water to pass through the six-inch concrete layer and infiltrate into the soil below.</p>
